This may be a blessing in disguise on a number of levels. First, we are forced to change our plans we developed due to the survey that we had done. We had thought there was more room on the property to expand the living area and add a garage. Second, our plan was substantially over budget, we are looking at cutting between $40 and $50 thousand. So, we need to re-design to make it fit the setbacks on the property and to reduce the budget...we are running out of time to get the plan locked down and get approval from the Board of Variance. Another bump in the road...
