The amount of prep work required before a major renovation is unbelievable. I want to be ready to start on schedule and I am pressing to make sure everything is in line so that can happen.
Every day we aren't renovating once the tenants move out adds $ to the budget. I don't want it to be a panic but it's important that everything that can be done before that date is complete.
