Hello from the Condoguys!

 

This video looks at the number of lofts to sell at the spot in 2009. We look at the average selling price, the price per square foot adn a few unique sales that impacted those numbers. We interviewed Tony Cikes, a specialist at 933 Seymour. He was part of the original sales team and has been actively involved with the building since the beginning. He knows every suite in the building!
